This luxury modern three bedroom duplex offers superb sea-views, overlooking Marina del Este. It is situated less than 50 metre from the swimming pool and children’s paddling poool, and sleeps up to 6 people.

Being situated in the provence of Granada the area is realatively unspoilt and still retains a very Spanish feel. It offers very good access to beaches and sightseeing, and is close to the villages of Nerja, Frigliana,and La Herradur.

Getting to Granada is easier than ever before since the opening of the new autovia from the coast up to the ancient city. The autovia also links to the caves of Nerja, which make for a great day out.

The duplex is idealy situated for golf lovers, as there are three golf courses within 45 mins drive:

Los Moriscos Golf Course on the Costa Tropical is a charming 18 hole course with the first tee right on the beach.

Santa Clara Golf Club is a new 18 hole par 71 course of 5878 metres, with fantastic views of the Sierra Nevadas.

Anoreta Golf has expanded to become a full 18 holes golf course, offering some extremely long par 4 and 5 holes with amazing sea views, and challenging water hazards – the green of the 17th hole is surrounded by water on three sides!
