The basic idea is to provide holiday home owners, holiday rental
owners and agents with a complete system to operate their rentals. Our
system takes bookings, forwards enquiries, and processes credit card
payments around the clock all year.
We also market our clients’ properties through marketing sites and
both the number of properties and bookings has been growing year by
year.
How we work
We provide a safe, simple way to book homes directly with owners and
selected agents acting as an online marketplace providing an online
booking and payment system. We are more than an advertising site but
we not a travel agency.
The danger of selecting any accommodation online is that it's
difficult to be sure of what you are getting and it's normal for the
owner of agent to have take your money in advance. Through third
parties your money
is held until after the booking.
Paying by credit/debit card
It's not safe to pay for a holiday
home by cheque - protect yourself and pay by credit card online which
is why all bookings made using our site are paid this way. A secure
server is used to make sure your payment details are kept confidential. Look
for the letter "https" on the payment page. By paying by card you are
protected by your credit card provider in the unlikely event that your
accommodation is not supplied as promised.
Your contract
Your contract is always with the member not with us, the accommodation
supplier. We do not inspect the property or guarantee the accuracy of
the information. If you have any questions about the properties you
should direct them to the member.
Complaints
Complaints should be made direct to the member as they are responsible
to you under the terms of the contract. You should do this as soon as
possible and allow them to attempt to rectify the situation.
